Welcome to Trafalgar House: The DB Section’s new administrator

From 6 November 2026, Trafalgar House Pensions Administration took over managing the Scheme’s member records and processes.

This change is part of the Trustee’s continued focus on improving the service to members.

This doesn’t change anything about the Scheme or your benefits, it’s purely a change to the company who provides our administration services. If you’re a pensioner, your pension will continue to be paid as usual.

For over 20 years, Trafalgar House has been 100% focused on providing industry-leading administration services to pension schemes like ours.

Over the years they’ve built up an impressive list of clients, including some of the UK’s best-known brands. They’ve also won numerous awards for their service. Trafalgar House Pensions Administration is part of the Isio Group Limited.

From now on, Trafalgar House will be looking after the records of all the Scheme’s members and managing the processes that make your pension work for you.

As Trafalgar House are now taking care of the Scheme’s administration, they’ll be your main point of contact.

If you have any questions or requests, please ask Trafalgar House instead of Equiniti (EQ). You can get in touch using these contact details.

As part of the move to Trafalgar House, you now also have access to our online service called ‘My Work Pension’, which
gives you a secure way to manage your account.

You can find out more about this in the welcome communication Trafalgar House will be sending to members. If we hold an email address for you, this will be sent electronically and include a personalised video. Otherwise, they will send you a booklet in the post.

Trafalgar House will be sending these communications in batches, so you may not get yours until a week or so after they take over administration service. If you have not received your welcome communication by 20 November 2026, please let Trafalgar House know.

Firstly, nothing about your Scheme is going to change. The rules governing it, how it’s structured and the role of your Trustee will be exactly the same.

If you’ve yet to take your benefits, these will continue to be held in the Scheme just as they did before.

If you receive a pension income, this will be paid in the same way.
