What is My Work Pension?
My Work Pension is the Kimberly-Clark Pension Scheme’s DB Section member’s online portal. With My Work Pension, you have your own, secure account, and when you sign in, it shows you personalised information about your own benefits.
My Work Pension puts you in control of your pension, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. It’s free, secure and easy to use.
What can I see and do with My Work Pension?
If you haven’t taken your benefits yet, My Work Pension can support you in getting a current value of your pension benefits. And if you have already retired, you can view all the payslips and P60s issued by Trafalgar House since 6 November 2026, all in one place.
With My Work Pension you can also:
- Send secure messages to the DB Section’s administrator, Trafalgar House – by far the safest way to contact them
- Easily keep your personal details up to date
- Let us know who you would like to nominate to be the beneficiary of any death benefits that may be payable
- See copies of any letters we’ve sent you
- Access a range of helpful guides
How do I get started with My Work Pension?
To get started, you’ll need to register your account. This involves following a four-step process, designed to maximise security.
Just so you know, when you register, you will need your membership reference.
You can find this on any personal communication (such as a letter or retirement quote) sent to you by Trafalgar House. You’ll also find it in the welcome pack Trafalgar House sent you during November 2026.
